Keep the hydro gel pads moist after removing from the uPixie USB pulse massager by wetting them with a few drops of clean water to maintain adhesiveness and effectiveness. If the hydro gel pads are dirty, its adhesiveness may wear off and cause skin irritation.
Note:
- Do not store the hydro gel pads in areas of high temperature, high humidity, or in direct sunlight.
- Replace the hydro gel pads with new ones when tearing or peeling occur.
- Use only hydro gel pads purchased from OSIM authorised outlets or OSIM webshop ( www.OSIM.com )

should we always disconnect the cable from the gel pad after use? will the frequent disconnection cause the connection to be loosen? thanks!

Disconnecting the cables from the gel pad after every use is up to the individual preference. But we highly recommend you to clean the gel pads after every session to make it last longer. The frequent disconnection will not loosen the connection, that is if you don’t rip it off of course! 🙂
